well you missing something ;)
in short (since iam too lazy aswell) eve owns you ;)
nothing of the stuff belongs to you, so no point suing i guess
but, file a billing petition and see what comes out of it, forum is usually always the wrong way :)

how can a forum answer faster than the usual babble.
sooener or later there MIGHT be the usual ccp navigator (or other) guy coming in and saying "please file a petition under billing category, a gm will answer it as soon as he can"
and what we ppl (including me) say are not relevant anyway ^^

i agree :)
sometimes ther eis some common sense, and sometimes there is specific stuff.
in your case i would say its specific stuff and you REALLY need to hope for a gm petition to get answered.
because that stuff looks like confidential data and stuff and i dont think you would like to share your credit credentials for some issue solving on this forum.
I dont think CCP wants to rip you off, mistakes might happen.

billing petitions usually get answered pretty quick.
it might be solved within 4 days.
if not. set a logn skilltrain (you got about 3 days of "grace period" where you still skilltrain)

infinity tbh is pretty "slow" in updates, considering its supposed to only 1-3 guys.
iam not sure if we actually can see some ... "release"
of course it looks good, but not sure if its scaled for the "mass" sadly.
i fear that most features needs to be scaled down to... feed the masses, aside the fact that it looks good..
black prohecy... even the logo looks similiar... not bad ;)
jumpgate. dissed already, never managed to get a decent trailer and what i saw was not that competive

just to update :P
afaik teh OP got confused with his billing cycle, saw an old billing.
should have now correctly be billed before account runned out, hence the absence ^^
